Description

A comforting and simple one pan dish featuring creamy sauce, tender pasta, and fresh tuna that brings back fond memories of family gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 can tuna, drained
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add the pasta and enough water to cover it. Bring to a boil and cook until al dente.
  4. Stir in the cherry tomatoes and cook for another 2–3 minutes.
  5. Lower the heat and add the drained tuna and heavy cream, stirring well.
  6. Sprinkle in the cheese and mix until melted and creamy.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, you can add more heavy cream. Adjust cheese quantity based on personal preference. A splash of milk can help moisten leftovers when reheating.
