Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup rice
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melting the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Introduce the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, approximately 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
- Add the rice, Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
