Description

A refreshing and flavorful shrimp salad, perfect for family dinners, featuring fresh shrimp, vibrant vegetables, and a zesty Old Bay seasoning.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 celery stalk, chopped
  • 1 bell pepper, finely diced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Add shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes.
  3. Drain shrimp and let cool.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Add cooled shrimp, celery, and bell pepper to the bowl, stirring gently until well combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings if necessary.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

Consider grilling or sautéing the shrimp for a different flavor profile. Additionally, avocado or dill can add an interesting twist to the dish.
