Description

A delightful seafood dish featuring tender shrimp, corn on the cob, and hearty potatoes, all seasoned with Old Bay for maximum flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb medium to large shrimp, cleaned and deveined
  • 4 medium potatoes, scrubbed and halved
  • 2 ears of corn, halved
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • Water for boiling
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions

  1. Prepare a large pot by filling it with water, then add salt and Old Bay seasoning. Bring to a rolling boil.
  2. Add the potatoes and corn, and cook for about 10 minutes or until the potatoes are fork-tender.
  3. Drop the shrimp into the pot and cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the shrimp turn pink and opaque.
  4. In a separate pan, melt butter and add minced garlic to make garlic butter sauce.
  5. Serve the shrimp, corn, and potatoes on a large platter or newspaper, and offer garlic butter sauce on the side.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon wedges before serving.

Notes

Customize with other seafood options or spices according to your taste preferences. Be cautious not to overcook shrimp for best texture.
