Description

A flavorful and vibrant Old Bay shrimp boil perfect for summer gatherings, combining shrimp, corn, potatoes, and smoked sausage.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 ears of corn, halved
  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 1/2 lb smoked sausage, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt to taste
  • Water
  • Fresh lemon wedges for serving


Instructions

  1. Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
  2. Add salt and Old Bay seasoning to the boiling water.
  3. Add baby potatoes to the pot and cook for 10 minutes.
  4. Add corn and smoked sausage, cooking for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Finally, add the shrimp and cook for 3-5 minutes until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Drain the pot and serve everything on a large platter with fresh lemon wedges.
