Description

Delicious nori wraps filled with creamy paleo tuna salad, fresh cucumbers, and avocado, offering a vibrant and healthy meal option.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of tuna in water (drained)
  • 1.5 tablespoons paleo mayonnaise
  • 1/2 avocado (thinly sliced)
  • 2 small English cucumbers (cut into matchsticks)
  • 4 Butter lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp alfalfa sprouts
  • 2 seaweed sheets
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut aminos (for dipping)
  • 1 tbsp paleo Sriracha (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Mix the drained tuna with the paleo mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Place a nori wrap in front of you. Begin layering the ingredients in a straight line: start with the lettuce leaves, followed by the cucumbers, sliced avocado, alfalfa sprouts, sesame seeds, and finally, the tuna mixture.
  3. Carefully roll the seaweed sheet away from you, wrapping it tightly around the filling. Repeat this process with the second nori wrap.
  4. Serve the wraps alongside coconut aminos and paleo Sriracha for dipping.

Notes

For added flavor, consider incorporating spices or herbs into the tuna mixture. Prepare the tuna salad and cut the veggies in advance, but assemble the wraps just before serving to prevent sogginess.
