Description

A delicious and simple garlic butter shrimp dish that combines fresh shrimp with aromatic garlic and butter, creating a delightful seafood experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 4 tbsp Unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • Optional: Red pepper flakes, for a kick


Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by peeling and deveining the shrimp, and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Lower the heat to medium and add butter; let it melt completely.
  4. Place the shrimp in the skillet, seasoning with salt, pepper, and optional red pepper flakes. Cook until shrimp turn pink, approximately 2-3 minutes on each side.
  5. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the dish and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
