- 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
- 1/2 cup beef broth (120 ml)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 g)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley (15 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
- Rub the salmon with olive oil.
- Season the salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
- Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.

- Remove the skillet from heat and stir in chopped parsley.
