Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillets (450 g)

  • 1 tsp Cajun seasoning (5 g)

  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil (14 g)
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream (240 ml)
  • 1/2 cup beef broth (120 ml)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (25 g)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (15 ml)
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley (15 g)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
  3. Rub the salmon with olive oil.
  4. Season the salmon with Cajun seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  5. Arrange the salmon fillets on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake the salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through.
  7. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  8. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  9. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
