Description

A simple yet flavorful recipe for baked cod fillets topped with a creamy mayonnaise sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cod fillets
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the cod fillets in a baking dish and spread the mayonnaise mixture evenly over the top of each fillet.
