- 1 pound fresh fish (snapper or tilapia), diced
- 1 cup lime juice
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1-2 jalapeños, minced (optional)
- Salt to taste
- Tortilla chips for serving
Instructions
- Combine the diced fish and lime juice in a bowl. Let it sit for about 30 minutes to “cook” the fish.
- Add the red onion, cucumber, tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeños to the fish mixture.
- Season with salt to taste.
