Ingredients
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh herbs (such as parsley and basil), chopped
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in the sun-dried tomatoes and chopped herbs, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Top with crumbled feta cheese before serving.
Notes
For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes. Pair with crusty bread to soak up the flavors.
