Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
