- 1 teaspoon dried basil (5 ml)
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved (150 g)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (15 g)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the fish fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the fish fillets.
- Sprinkle the minced garlic evenly over the fish.
