Ingredients
- Egg roll wrappers or wonton wrappers
- Cooked chicken or shrimp
- Pineapple chunks
- Bell peppers
- Carrots
- Green onions
- Soy sauce

- Vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions
- In a skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat. Add garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add chicken or shrimp, bell peppers, carrots, and pineapple. Stir in soy sauce and cook until heated through.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface with a corner pointed towards you. Place a spoonful of the filling in the center.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll up tightly.
