Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) cooked crab meat
  • 4 tablespoon (60 ml) s (57 grams) unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) fresh lemon juice
  • Salt, to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns or sandwich rolls
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (15 grams) chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (60 milliliters) mayonnaise
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  2. Stir in the Old Bay seasoning and lemon juice, then remove from heat.
  3. In a bowl, combine crab meat, mayonnaise, chopped celery, and chopped parsley.
  4. Add a pinch of salt to the crab mixture and mix gently until well combined.
  5. Brush the inside of each bun or roll with the melted butter mixture.
  6. Toast the buns or rolls on a hot skillet or griddle until golden brown.
