Description

An extraordinary dish that combines salmon fillets with a creamy, flavorful sauce, making it perfect for special occasions or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, and place them in a baking dish.
  3. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the heavy cream, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dill, and parsley. Stir until well mixed and warmed through.
  4. Pour the cream mixture over the salmon fillets.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve hot, drizzling extra sauce over the salmon if desired.

Notes

For an elevated experience, taste the sauce before pouring it over the salmon to adjust seasoning. Consider garnishing with extra chopped herbs for presentation.
