Description

Marry Me Salmon features a delightful combination of sun-dried tomatoes, creamy sauce, and fresh herbs that elevate any dinner occasion.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 1 cup sun-dried tomatoes
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh herbs (basil and parsley), chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and sear the salmon on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Remove the salmon from the pan and set aside.
  4. Add minced garlic and sun-dried tomatoes to the same pan, sauté until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and add parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add herbs and mix well.
  7. Return the salmon to the pan and coat it in the creamy sauce.
  8. Serve immediately, garnished with additional herbs if desired.

Notes

Use high-quality, fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Wild-caught salmon is recommended over farm-raised.
