Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Fresh herbs (such as parsley or cilantro), for garnish
Instructions
- Combine olive oil, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
- Add the shrimp to the marinade and toss to coat evenly.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers.
- Grill the shrimp for 2–3 minutes on each side or until they are opaque and cooked through.
- Remove from the grill and garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy over rice or as an appetizer.
Notes
For a spicier version, add a splash of hot sauce or a pinch of cayenne to the marinade.
