Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon fillets
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Mix together the maple syrup, minced garlic, ground ginger, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Place the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
