Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (450 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup (60 milliliters)
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard (30 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
  • 1 pound (454 g) beef strips
  • 1 cup (240 ml) broccoli florets (150 grams)
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
  4. On a sheet pan, spread out halved baby potatoes.
  5. Drizzle potatoes with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes.
  7. Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add broccoli florets and red bell pepper slices.
  8. Arrange the marinated shrimp evenly over the vegetables.
  9. Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
  10. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

  • For a different taste, try using chicken strips instead of beef.
