Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (450 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) maple syrup (60 milliliters)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) Dijon mustard (30 grams)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil (15 milliliters)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) soy sauce (15 milliliters)
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (0.5 grams)
- 1 pound (454 g) beef strips
- 1 cup (240 ml) broccoli florets (150 grams)
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix maple syrup, Dijon mustard, olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat.
- On a sheet pan, spread out halved baby potatoes.
- Drizzle potatoes with olive oil, and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake potatoes in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove the sheet pan from the oven and add broccoli florets and red bell pepper slices.
- Arrange the marinated shrimp evenly over the vegetables.
- Return the sheet pan to the oven and bake for another 10-12 minutes until shrimp are cooked through.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately.

- For a different taste, try using chicken strips instead of beef.
