- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Rinse the mahi mahi fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Place the fillets in a baking dish.
- Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fish.
