  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder (5 grams)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (2.5 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (1 gram)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) fresh parsley, chopped (15 grams)
  • 1 lemon, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Rinse the mahi mahi fillets under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  3. Place the fillets in a baking dish.
  4. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the fillets.
  5. Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper evenly over the fish.

  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes.
  9. Check for doneness: the fish should be opaque and flake easily with a fork.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle chopped parsley over the fillets.
  11. Serve immediately with the lemon slices.
