  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Dijon mustard (about 15 grams)
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) lemon juice (about 15 milliliters)
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) paprika (about 2 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) cayenne pepper (about 1 gram)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder (about 1.5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder (about 1.5 grams)
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) salt (about 3 grams)
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper (about 1 gram)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) grated halal-friendly cheese (about 25 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped fresh parsley (about 15 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chopped green onions (about 25 grams)
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded halal-friendly cheese (about 28 grams)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Stir in the Dijon mustard and lemon juice until well mixed.
  4. Add the paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the mixture.
  5. Fold in the chopped lobster meat until evenly distributed.
  6. Add the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, and chopped green onions to the bowl.
