  • Paprika, 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) (1 gram)
  • Fresh parsley, 2 tablespoons (30 ml), chopped (8 grams)
  • Lemon wedges, for serving


Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears.
  3. Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat out, keeping the end attached.
  4. Thread the lobster meat onto the soaked wooden skewers.
  5. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  7. Stir in the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  8. Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture on all sides.
  9. Place the skewered lobster tails on the preheated grill.
  10. Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the garlic butter.
  11. Remove the lobster skewers from the grill when the meat is opaque and firm.
