Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Prepare the lobster tails by cutting through the top shell lengthwise with kitchen shears.
- Gently pull the shell apart and lift the meat out, keeping the end attached.
- Thread the lobster meat onto the soaked wooden skewers.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Stir in the lemon juice, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Brush the lobster tails with the garlic butter mixture on all sides.
- Place the skewered lobster tails on the preheated grill.
- Grill for about 5-6 minutes on each side, basting occasionally with the garlic butter.
- Remove the lobster skewers from the grill when the meat is opaque and firm.
