Ingredients

  • 1 box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuits
  • 1 cup (240 ml) grated cheddar cheese
  • 3 lobster tails
  • 1 1/2 cup (360 ml) s salted butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s chopped parsley
  • Water


Instructions

  1. Make an incision along the lobster tail shells and extract the meat.
  2. On low heat, melt the salted butter and incorporate the minced garlic. Poach the extracted lobster meat in this buttery mixture for roughly three minutes, then remove the meat, keeping the butter aside for later use. Pour the reserved butter into an ice cube tray, ensuring not to fill each compartment completely.
  3. Cut the lobster meat into smaller pieces and distribute them into the ice cube tray slots along with the butter. Sprinkle some chopped parsley over each portion and freeze the tray for a minimum of 20 minutes.
  4. For the biscuits, blend the dry ingredients from the Red Lobster mix with the grated cheddar. Slowly add cold water and gently stir until the mixture resembles biscuit dough.
  5. Using an ice cream scoop, portion out the biscuit dough and place a frozen butter-lobster cube in the center. Bake the biscuits at 425°F for 20 minutes.
  6. After baking, brush the freshly baked biscuits with the reserved butter mixed with the provided spice packet.
