- Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup (240 ml) (115 grams)
- Green onions, chopped – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
- Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
- Butter, unsalted – 4 tablespoons (60 ml) (57 grams)
- Parsley, chopped – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams)
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
- In a bowl, combine cooked lobster meat, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
- Season the lobster mixture with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
- Open the canned buttermilk biscuits and flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
- Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
- Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
- Wrap a strip of cooked turkey bacon around each stuffed biscuit.
- Place the wrapped biscuits seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
