  • Cream cheese, softened – 4 ounces (113 g) (115 grams)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded – 1 cup (240 ml) (115 grams)
  • Green onions, chopped – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (30 grams)
  • Garlic powder – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) (5 grams)
  • Butter, unsalted – 4 tablespoons (60 ml) (57 grams)
  • Parsley, chopped – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 grams)
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then set aside.
  3. In a bowl, combine cooked lobster meat, softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, and chopped green onions.
  4. Season the lobster mixture with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  5. Open the canned buttermilk biscuits and flatten each biscuit slightly with your hands.
  6. Place a spoonful of the lobster mixture in the center of each flattened biscuit.
  7. Wrap the biscuit dough around the filling, pinching the edges to seal completely.
  8. Wrap a strip of cooked turkey bacon around each stuffed biscuit.
  9. Place the wrapped biscuits seam side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  11. While the biscuits are baking, melt unsalted butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
  12. Stir chopped parsley into the melted butter and season with a pinch of salt.
  13. Once the biscuits are done, remove them from the oven and brush with garlic butter.
  14. Serve warm, garnished with additional chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

  • Consider adding extra shredded cheddar cheese on top of the biscuits for enhanced flavor.
  • Ensure the cream cheese is well softened for a smooth lobster mixture.
  • Adjust the garlic powder amount to your taste preference.
