  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened (225 g)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (100 g)
  • 1/2 cup grated vegetarian Parmesan cheese (50 g)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped (30 g)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (60 ml)
  • 1/4 cup plant-based sour cream (60 ml)
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (15 g)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (1.5 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper (0.5 g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika (0.5 g)
  • 16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough (450 g)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil (15 ml)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream.
  3. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and mix until smooth.
  4. Stir in the chopped spinach, green onions, and minced garlic.
  5. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  6. Gently fold in the cooked lobster meat until well combined.
  7. Open the biscuit dough and separate into individual biscuits.
  8. Arrange the biscuits in a ring on a baking sheet, overlapping slightly to form a circle.
  9. Spoon the lobster spinach dip into the center of the biscuit ring.
  10. Brush the tops of the biscuits with olive oil.
  11. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  12. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Thoroughly drain and pat dry the cooked lobster meat to avoid excess moisture in the dip.
  • Adjust the amount of garlic to suit your taste preference, as its intensity can vary.
  • For a crispy top, sprinkle extra shredded mozzarella cheese on the biscuits before baking.
