Description

Lobster Snail combines sweet lobster with savory garlic and creamy havarti cheese, creating a luxurious and easy-to-prepare dish perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • 2-3 raw lobster tails (cut into 1-inch chunks)
  • 4 tablespoons butter (melted)
  • 4 garlic cloves (finely minced)
  • ½ tablespoon fresh parsley (finely minced)
  • ¾ cup creamy havarti cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Cut a lengthwise slit through the center of each lobster tail’s shell, stopping just before the tail fins.
  3. Spread the shell open gently and remove the lobster meat in one piece. Slice into 1-inch chunks.
  4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan and add about 2 teaspoons to each slot in the escargot dish.
  5. Add about ½ teaspoon of garlic and parsley to each slot.
  6. Place a piece of lobster meat in each slot and mix gently to coat with the garlic butter.
  7. Top each slot with shredded havarti cheese.
  8. Bake for 2 minutes, then broil for an additional 2 minutes. The total cooking time shouldn’t exceed 4 minutes unless working with smaller lobster chunks.
  9. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Experiment with different cheeses for added flavor, and consider adjusting garlic or parsley amounts to taste.
