Description

A creamy, luxurious sauce that elevates lobster ravioli with rich flavors of garlic, cream, and lemon.

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking until combined. Bring to a light simmer.
  3. Reduce the heat to low and add Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  4. Turn off the heat and stir in chopped parsley. Optionally adjust seasoning to taste.
  5. Gently add cooked lobster ravioli to the sauce, ensuring they are coated and allow to sit for 1 minute before serving.

Notes

Serve immediately and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Pairs well with artisan bread or a simple salad.
