A creamy, luxurious sauce that elevates lobster ravioli with rich flavors of garlic, cream, and lemon.
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat and add garlic and optional red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, whisking until combined. Bring to a light simmer.
- Reduce the heat to low and add Parmesan cheese, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Stir continuously for 3-4 minutes until the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
- Turn off the heat and stir in chopped parsley. Optionally adjust seasoning to taste.
- Gently add cooked lobster ravioli to the sauce, ensuring they are coated and allow to sit for 1 minute before serving.
Notes
Serve immediately and garnish with extra Parmesan and parsley. Pairs well with artisan bread or a simple salad.
