Ingredients
- 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) fresh pizza dough
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (14 grams) olive oil

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) coconut cream
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
- 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) (50 grams) grated dairy-free Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (240 ml) (about 200 grams) cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (5 grams) fresh basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) (5 grams) fresh parsley leaves, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the saucepan and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
- Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
- Let the garlic cream sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add lemon juice; mix well.
- Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
- Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Scatter the chopped lobster meat over the cheese layer.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lobster.
- Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Remove the pizza from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
- Sprinkle the chopped basil and parsley leaves over the top of the pizza.
