Ingredients

  • 1 pound (454 g) (450 grams) fresh pizza dough
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (14 grams) olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) (28 grams) vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (240 milliliters) coconut cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) lemon zest
  • 1 tablespoon (15 ml) (15 milliliters) lemon juice
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (100 grams) shredded vegan mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) (50 grams) grated dairy-free Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (240 ml) (about 200 grams) cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (5 grams) fresh basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) (5 grams) fresh parsley leaves, chopped


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough onto a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  4. Brush the dough lightly with olive oil.
  5. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the saucepan and sauté for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in the heavy cream and stir well.
  8. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon zest.
  9. Let the garlic cream sauce simmer for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  10. Remove the saucepan from heat and add lemon juice; mix well.
  11. Spread the garlic cream sauce evenly over the prepared pizza dough.
  12. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  13. Scatter the chopped lobster meat over the cheese layer.
  14. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the lobster.
  15. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
