Ingredients
- 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
- 2 lobster tails
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the lobster tails, cooking them for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and chop the lobster meat.
- In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
- Season with salt, pepper, and freshly chopped parsley.
- Add the cooked pasta and chopped lobster to the sauce, tossing to coat.
- Serve immediately, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.
