Description

A luxurious yet simple dish that combines sweet lobster meat with a creamy, buttery sauce and pasta, bringing the taste of the ocean to your table.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 2 lobster tails
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Add the lobster tails, cooking them for about 5-7 minutes until cooked through. Remove and chop the lobster meat.
  5. In the same skillet, pour in the heavy cream and bring it to a simmer. Stir in the parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  6. Season with salt, pepper, and freshly chopped parsley.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and chopped lobster to the sauce, tossing to coat.
  8. Serve immediately, garnishing with additional parsley if desired.

Notes

For best results, use high-quality or fresh pasta and adjust seasonings to taste. Pair with a crisp salad or fresh bread.
