Description

A creamy and indulgent lobster pasta dish that combines fresh lobster meat with linguine or fettuccine in a velvety sauce, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta (linguine or fettuccine)
  • 1 lb lobster meat, cooked and chopped
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
