  • Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
  • Paprika – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
  • Plain breadcrumbs – 1 cup (100 g)
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Stir in the flour, creating a roux, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
  5. Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
  6. Stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth.

  8. Mix the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce.
  9. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.

  11. Fill each avocado half generously with the lobster mac and cheese mixture.
  12. Press the avocado halves back together to form bombs.

  14. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
  15. Carefully fry the avocado bombs until golden brown on all sides.
  16. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
  17. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Use premium beef for a more flavorful mac and cheese filling.
  • Select ripe but firm avocados for the best texture when stuffed.
  • Experiment with cheeses like Gruyere or Swiss for a unique twist to the dish.
