Ingredients

- Large avocados – 4

- Cream cheese, softened – 4 oz (115 g)
- Heavy cream – 1/4 cup (60 ml)
- Butter – 2 tbsp (28 g)
- All-purpose flour – 2 tbsp (16 g)
- Garlic powder – 1/2 tsp (2 g)
- Onion powder – 1/2 tsp (2 g)
- Salt – 1/2 tsp (2 g)
- Black pepper – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
- Paprika – 1/4 tsp (1 g)
- Plain breadcrumbs – 1 cup (100 g)
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Stir in the flour, creating a roux, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in the heavy cream until smooth.
- Add the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
- Stir until the cheeses are fully melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Mix the cooked macaroni and lobster meat into the cheese sauce.
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
- Scoop out a small portion of the avocado to create space for stuffing.
- Fill each avocado half generously with the lobster mac and cheese mixture.
- Press the avocado halves back together to form bombs.
- Roll the stuffed avocados in breadcrumbs to coat evenly.
- Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium-high heat.
- Carefully fry the avocado bombs until golden brown on all sides.
- Transfer to a baking sheet and bake in the oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
