Ingredients
- 8 ounces (227 g) elbow macaroni (225 grams)
- 2 cups (480 ml) shredded cheddar cheese (200 grams)
- 1 cup (240 ml) shredded mozzarella cheese (100 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) grated Parmesan cheese (50 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) unsalted butter (57 grams)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) all-purpose flour (30 grams)
- 2 cups (480 ml) whole milk (480 milliliters)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 1/2 cups (360 ml) cooked beef meat, chopped (225 grams)
- 1/2 cup (120 ml) breadcrumbs (50 grams)
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Cook the elbow macaroni according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat.
- Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, until a paste forms.
- Gradually whisk in the whole milk and cook until the mixture thickens.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
- Stir until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Season the cheese sauce with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the cooked macaroni and chopped lobster meat to the cheese sauce and combine well.
- Spoon the lobster mac and cheese mixture evenly into the muffin tin cups.
- In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with chopped fresh parsley.
- Sprinkle the breadcrumb mixture evenly over each mac and cheese cup.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the tops are golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
