Ingredients
- 2 slices bread (5 mm)
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) vegetable oil
- 1-2 ounces cooked beef meat, roughly chopped (28-56 g)
- 1/2 cup baby arugula (15 g)
- 2 thick slices cheddar cheese (60 g)
- Freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Spread vegetable oil on one side of each bread slice.
- Place one slice, oiled side down, in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat.
- Add the chopped beef, baby arugula, cheddar cheese, and freshly ground black pepper in layers.
- Cover with the second slice of bread, oiled side facing up.
- Cook until the bread is golden, the cheese is gooey, and the beef is warmed, turning over after a couple of minutes.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
