Ingredients
- 1 loaf of French bread
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened (113 g)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped (200 g)
- 2 tablespoon s fresh parsley, chopped (8 g)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (113 g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
- Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
- In a bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
- Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
- Evenly distribute the chopped lobster meat on top of the Parmesan cheese.
