Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of French bread
  • 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened (113 g)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (50 g)
  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped (200 g)
  • 2 tablespoon s fresh parsley, chopped (8 g)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (113 g)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread loaf in half lengthwise.
  3. Place the bread halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.
  4. In a bowl, combine the softened butter and minced garlic.
  5. Spread the garlic butter evenly over the cut sides of the bread.
  6. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered bread.
  7. Evenly distribute the chopped lobster meat on top of the Parmesan cheese.
  8. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the lobster.
  9. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  11. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
