Ingredients
- 1 pound lobster meat
- 1 pound crab meat
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
- Mix until well combined.
- Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll into a log.
- Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
- Slice into rounds and serve.
