Description

A delightful balance of flavors and textures, Lobster & Crab Butter Bombs combine succulent seafood with rich butter, perfect for appetizers or spreads.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound lobster meat
  • 1 pound crab meat
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Combine softened butter, lobster meat, crab meat, lemon juice, garlic, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture onto a piece of parchment paper and roll into a log.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 120 minutes until firm.
  5. Slice into rounds and serve.
