Delightful bite-sized lobster and crab bombs blended with creamy butter, tangy lemon, and rich seasonings, perfect for any occasion.
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Add the chopped lobster meat, shredded crab meat, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir gently.
- Mix in the chopped parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into small balls using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.
- Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Drizzle olive oil over the tops of each bomb.
- Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Use fresh seafood for better flavor. Can swap seafood types for variations.
