Description

Delightful bite-sized lobster and crab bombs blended with creamy butter, tangy lemon, and rich seasonings, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat, shredded
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the softened butter and cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the chopped lobster meat, shredded crab meat, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir gently.
  4. Mix in the chopped parsley, garlic powder, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  5. Form the mixture into small balls using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop.
  6. Roll each ball in breadcrumbs until fully coated.
  7. Drizzle olive oil over the tops of each bomb.
  8. Bake for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Use fresh seafood for better flavor. Can swap seafood types for variations.
