Description

A simple yet indulgent lobster bisque recipe that captures the essence of the sea with creamy richness and tender lobster meat.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lobster meat
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 4 cups seafood stock
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup carrot, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, celery, and carrot, cooking until softened.
