Description

A luxurious pasta dish that combines the rich flavors of lobster bisque with perfectly cooked fettuccine and fresh ingredients inspired by coastal dining.


Ingredients

  • 16 ounces fettuccine pasta (or your choice of pasta)
  • ½ cup onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 12 ounces langostino lobster (thawed)
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes (halved, optional)
  • 16 ounces lobster bisque (Trader Joe’s or other variety)
  • ½ cup + more for serving Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 2 tablespoons Italian parsley (chopped, optional)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


Instructions

  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the fettuccine to al dente according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil.
  3. Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes until they become tender and fragrant.
  4. If using cherry tomatoes, add them to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes until they soften.
  5. Stir in the thawed langostino lobster, cooking until heated through.
  6. Pour in the lobster bisque, stirring to combine.
  7. Add the lemon zest and lemon juice, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Sprinkle in the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted into the sauce.
  9. Gently toss the cooked fettuccine into the skillet, ensuring the pasta is well-coated with the luxurious sauce.
  10. Garnish with additional Parmesan cheese and chopped Italian parsley or basil, if desired.
  11. Serve right away and savor the flavors of seafood bliss.
