A simple yet delicious foil dinner featuring succulent lobsters and tender potatoes, elevated with garlic, olive oil, and lemon.
Ingredients
- 2 lobsters
- 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into wedges and lay them in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
- Arrange the lobsters on top of the potatoes.
- Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Top with lemon slices.
- Wrap the foil tightly around the ingredients to seal.
- Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Carefully unwrap the foil and enjoy!
Notes
Choose medium-sized potatoes for best results. Experiment with adding fresh herbs or spices to enhance flavor.
