Description

A simple yet delicious foil dinner featuring succulent lobsters and tender potatoes, elevated with garlic, olive oil, and lemon.


Ingredients

  • 2 lobsters
  • 2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the potatoes into wedges and lay them in the center of a large piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Arrange the lobsters on top of the potatoes.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the mixture, and add minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  5. Top with lemon slices.
  6. Wrap the foil tightly around the ingredients to seal.
  7. Place the foil packet on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  8. Carefully unwrap the foil and enjoy!
