  • 1 pound shrimp meat, cooked and chopped (450 grams)
  • 1/2 pound imitation crab meat, picked over for shells (225 grams)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (8 grams)


Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, diced celery, and diced carrot.
  3. Sauté the vegetables until they are soft and the onion is translucent.
  4. Stir in the all-purpose flour and cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
  5. Gradually pour in the seafood stock, stirring to combine and prevent lumps.
  6. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes, allowing it to thicken.
