Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2 lobsters, cooked and chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and add minced garlic. Cook until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the chopped lobster and cooked fettuccine, tossing to coat evenly.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, use fresh lobster and check the sauce’s consistency while cooking. If it’s too thick, add a splash of pasta water.
