Ingredients

- 1 teaspoon (5 g) onion powder
- 1 teaspoon (5 g) paprika
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 2 cups (480 ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100 g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (100 g) shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 tablespoon (15 g) butter
- 1 cup (150 g) frozen peas
- 1/2 cup (60 g) chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup (15 g) chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake the tater tots for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add shrimp to the skillet.
- Season the shrimp with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
- Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add butter and melt over medium heat.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens.
- Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until smooth.
- Season the Alfredo sauce with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in the frozen peas and cook until they are heated through.
- Add the cooked shrimp back to the skillet and mix well.
- In a large casserole dish, combine the baked tater tots and shrimp mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped green onions and parsley over the top.
- Bake in the oven for an additional 10-15 minutes until heated through.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
