Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1 cup scallops, cooked and chopped
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Prepare all seafood, ensuring shrimp, crab, and scallops are cooked and chilled.
  2. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
