Ingredients

  • 2 cup (480 ml) s sugar
  • 4 eggs

  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 16 oz (454 g) cream cheese softened
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) sugar
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) vanilla extract
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup (120 ml) whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) chocolate chips for garnish
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) crushed nuts optional


Instructions

  1. Heat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a muffin pan by greasing it.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butter and the 2 cups of sugar until well mixed; then incorporate the eggs and vanilla, whisking until the mixture is smooth.
