Description

A delightful salmon dish with a sweet and tangy glaze, perfect for casual dinners or sophisticated gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lemon slices for garnish
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the pan.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp, then flip the fillets.
  5. Brush the honey-lemon glaze over the salmon and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  6. Remove from heat and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.

Notes

Let the salmon sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before cooking for even cooking results.
