Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon slices for garnish
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat and add a little olive oil.
- Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper, then place them skin-side down in the pan.
- Cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisp, then flip the fillets.
- Brush the honey-lemon glaze over the salmon and continue to cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
- Remove from heat and garnish with lemon slices and chopped parsley. Serve immediately.
Notes
Let the salmon sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes before cooking for even cooking results.
