Ingredients
- 2 halibut fillets

- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (30 ml)

- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme (1 g)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary (1 g)
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley for garnish (4 g)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary.
- Season the halibut fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- Place the halibut fillets in a baking dish.
