Instructions
- Set your oven to 400°F and prepare a 9×13-inch glass baking dish.
- Rinse the cod fillets with cold water and arrange them in the baking dish. Pour over the lemon juice and olive oil. Sprinkle the minced garlic, chopped thyme, sea salt, ground pepper, and sweet Hungarian paprika over the fish, distributing the seasonings evenly.
