Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Season the sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
- Sear the fillets in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer the sea bass to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
- In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the spinach, cooking until wilted.
- Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until thickened.
- Serve the sea bass on a bed of creamy spinach.
