Description

A vibrant and elegant dish of lemon-garlic sea bass served on a bed of creamy spinach.


Ingredients

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Season the sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
  4. Sear the fillets in the skillet for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Transfer the sea bass to a baking dish, drizzle with lemon juice, and bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, melt the butter and add the spinach, cooking until wilted.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until thickened.
  8. Serve the sea bass on a bed of creamy spinach.
