Ingredients
- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 cups fresh spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Season the sea bass fillets with salt, pepper, lemon juice, and zest. Place them in the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- In another saucepan, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese, cooking until smooth.
- Serve the sea bass on a bed of creamy spinach.
Notes
For added texture, finish the fish under the broiler for two minutes after pan-searing, ensuring not to overcook it.
